Mr. Gumina received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1992, where he was a member of the McAuliffe Law Honor Society (top 10% of his class) for three years in a row. He also received two American Jurisprudence Awards for outstanding legal scholarship, and was a member of the U.S.F. Law Review.

Mr. Gumina was admitted to the California State Bar in 1992. His practice has focused primarily on all phases of business law and litigation, including the creation of new business entities and business start-ups, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial collections, and complex business litigation.

Mr. Gumina has successfully litigated numerous business fraud cases brought by corporations against former officers and employees.

Mr. Gumina represents local, national and international companies in all aspects of their business and legal operations, including employment law and litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage, eminent domain, zoning and land use law. Mr. Gumina currently serves as General Counsel for a number of high-tech companies in Silicon Valley.
